Also, we recently had the kitchen re-done and had brand new hardwood installed there, and they got the stain in the kitchen to perfectly match the existing rooms even though the new wood was a different shade. I know where the new wood begins and even I have a hard time seeing the boundary!

"We had just purchased the home and removed the old, smelly, stained carpets to expose the hardwood floors. The floors were a mess with some very sticky residue from the padding and stained. Emil came by and explained the sticky residue was from over saturation of steam carpet cleaning. Some of the stains were from carpet cleaning solutions and some were pet urine. Because of the urine stains we could not go with a natural finish. Emil suggested a dark walnut stain to effectively mask the stains. Because of the staining the process would take an extra day, but no problem. His crew showed up on time each day. There was good communication throughout the process. The floors exceeded our expectations"

"Emil was prompt, great, clean job and when he says dustless, he means dustless. I suffer from asthma and was concerned that there would be wood dust in the house, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the spotlessness and complete lack of dust in the house. I appreciate craftsmen who do not intimidate you or try and sell you more services. Emil did neither and explained the maintenance of the floors and also did not "push" his services for refinishing the rest of the house. He is a very pleasant, charming and gentleman, who delivered everything that he promised."
